With its well-established bike-paths and a robust public transit system, it is easy to enjoy the Westside's attractions, and travel to other parts of Vancouver is simple and quick. For those travelling through False Creek, a fun alternative is the Aquabus small ferry service running from the Vancouver Aquatic Centre to Granville Island and other points ending in Science World. A network of arterial routes and bridges connects the Westside's neighbourhoods with each other and the outlying areas of Richmond, Burnaby and the North Shore.
